About

I am a governance specialist with experience working with governments, international organizations, civil society, and private partners, including roles with the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), Transparency International UK, Palladium, and J.P. Morgan. My work sits at the intersection of policy, implementation and evaluation, with a focus on developing credible, impactful and sustainable governance reforms.I specialize in independent research, program management and donor engagement across natural resource governance, responsible mining, anti-corruption, transparency, and accountability. I work closely with governments, development partners, and civil society to design and deliver evidence-based initiatives, combining strategic insight with hands-on implementation and stakeholder engagement across complex international contexts.

Experience

  • Managed USD 15m+ governance and anti-corruption programs funded by public institutions (FCDO, USAID), development banks (EBRD) and private philanthropies (BHP Foundation)

  • Led independent research and evaluations across multiple countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America

  • Delivered capacity building and peer exchange initiatives for governments and civil society across 10+ countries

  • Supported implementation of transparency and governance reforms, including beneficial ownership, contract disclosure, extractive law reviews, and e-government systems in Africa, Asia and Latin America
