With extensive experience working with governments, international organizations, nonprofits, and the private sector, and a career spanning the EITI, Transparency International, Palladium and JP Morgan, I specialize in ensuring sustainable revenue streams, driving efficient project management, fostering strong donor relationships, and delivering meaningful engagement with stakeholders.I have helped organizations raise over $20 million in funding from a diverse range of donors. My work spans from leading capture teams, building strategic consortia and partnerships, recruiting high-performing staff members, to designing and executing financial proposals that maximize efficiency and impact.My experience includes overseeing complex program portfolios valued at more than $15 million. I have successfully guided projects through their full lifecycle - from launch and implementation to closeout - while maintaining strong donor collaboration and ensuring compliance. I have also set up monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and ensured programs achieved expected milestones.I have designed and delivered events and capacity-building sessions in over 10 countries across four regions, including hybrid and multilingual formats tailored to diverse audiences. I have facilitated and contributed as speaker on panels with audiences of over 100 participants and led multi-day workshops for diverse, international groups.My core expertise covers governance, anti-corruption, due diligence, and compliance. I also have deep knowledge of the energy and extractive industries, particularly in mining, transition minerals, and advancing a just energy transition.
